Side salad for one 9 Side salad for two or as an entree 14. A traditional chopped Italian antipasto salad with romaine lettuce. artichoke hearts. Sicilian olives, roasted red peppers, tomato. cucumber. Genoa salami, provolone. garbanzo beans. red onion. and pepperoncini, tossed with red wine vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Act III The Main Event...

Steakhouse selections...Premium Prime Grade Black Angus beef dry aged and charbroiled Our steaks are all procured from corn-fed Angus and Herford breed cattle from Northern Illinois farms, the heart of corn country. We only use the very top Choice and Prime grade meats - the top 10% of the cattle grade. Our steak cuts are hand-selected, aged to perfection, and processed according to our custom house specifications. Our pork is Duroc and Berkshire bred from local farms. It is hand selected for high marbling resulting in juicier, more tender meat.
